CAPITAL RAISING, M&A and DIVESTITURES:
ISR’s end-to-end transaction management includes advice for valuation, target identification and screening, transaction structuring, negotiation, bid tactics, and overall project management. We develop value creation strategies, and provide independent advice for other corporate initiatives including operational structure reviews, demergers, joint ventures, and business divestments. Our sourcing library is formidable, we have access to assets, strong independent alliances with alternative financiers and we have a deep understanding of debt capital, options that may not be readily available to junior and mid size mining companies.
TECHNICAL ASSESSMENTS, VALUATIONS and FEASIBILITY:
Turn risk into reward. We conduct advanced evaluation, not just on technical merit, but also on how the project would be perceived by institutional investors (market intelligence). We can maximize the underlying value of a mineral resource and advance the projects from Preliminary Assessment through to Feasibility Study. We provide independent advice on relevant issues; political, socio-economic, geological, mining, process, infrastructural, environmental etc. We meticulously prepare technical audits and due diligence reports to ensure Mineral Resources and Reserves have been estimated according to standard.
DRILLING/EPCM/CONTRACTOR OPERATION:
Due to our independent advisory structure we are able to assemble expertise specifically to meet the unique needs of each project. Our services include scoping studies, mining pre-feasibility and feasibility studies for underground and open pit mine projects.
